My name is R. Jerome Harris and I created this website for the purpose of keeping you abreast of Google movement and the new methodologies of Search Engine Optimization for this new Google. As you know, Google's recent search update called Penguin has wreaked havoc on many. But all is not lost. Though not yet realized by many, the Penguin update could be a be a blessing in disguise. I believe it will an even bigger blessing for those who begin now to re-tweak, re-tool, and re-SEO-optimize their websites to be more Google-friendly. For many, it will mean a complete and total redesign of your website; and for others, minor to moderate readjustments.

Gone are the days of keyword-stuffing and blasting links out all over the Internet in hopes of achieving improved search engine ranking.  Gone are the days of using automated software to perform these tasks for you. Such software could harm you.

In many ways, Google has reverted  back to the "old school" days where well written-hand-written content ruled. Let's face it, search engines are full of content junk. Almost everyone crafts websites with a view to primarily - wittingly or unwittingly - cheat the search engines to rank better and not with a view to crafting them with a person in mind, thus making them user friendly.

Unfortunately, too many assume that SEO means trying to trick search engines. It doesn't. It simply means building a site that's friendly to them.

This website is about helping you get back on track and keeping you on track. We all must now become a better Search Engine Citizens and not think ourselves more intelligent than Google, because we are not.

Google has grown up and is much smarter than she was several years ago and getting smarter at every turn. The catch-phrase is no longer "Big Brother is watching you," Google is.
